Description

Requires:	Every bounded type of the `variant` must fulfill the requirements of the OutputStreamable concept.
Effects:	Calls `out << x`, where `x` is the content of `rhs`.
Notes:	Not available when `BOOST_NO_IOSTREAM` is defined.
